Harley ride through the Zion tunnel.

Brent and I took a ride last saturday up through Cedar Canyon and back down through the tunnel in Zion. It was a fun ride...the mountains are really starting to cool off. I ended up wearing my jacket through Cedar Canyon.

Waiting to go through the tunnel!

The Easter Egg Hunt down at the farm is a family tradition. The kids were really pushing to get this tradition going again. There is just something about going down to the farm and hunting for eggs!

McLane...never too old for the Hunt!
Brent makes clues for a treasure hunt that lead to the giant egg filled with goodies and toys for the kids and young at heart. The clues lead the kids from our house clear down to the farm and into the chicken coop, over to the tractor etc...until they dug through the hay cubes and found their treasure!

Nice Boy! (I don't think he is in the Easter mood, Mike!)

Cinders is definitely wanting to get involved...not just with Easter but with Macy!
We hid eggs with money and car washes for the older kids!
Myles ended up with about 10lbs. of candy!

Grandpa carried Kooper so he could get a good view of all the eggs and what was going on!

Kyler had so much fun finding eggs...he showed me each one as he put it in his bucket!
Holidays are a great excuse to get families together!

Our new little colt was born the end of May...he is a little cutie and has a lot of spunk.

Disneyland 2009

We decided to take the younger kids to Disneyland for the President's day weekend. It has been 5 years since we took them...they have been getting as many autographs as possible! The first day we went to the Morning Madness at Toon Town and saw Mickey, Minnie, Pluto and Goofy. Goofy was flirting with Madison! The people in line were getting mad because he was taking so long with her. I am just loving watching how much fun the kids are having. My stomach can't take most of the rides, but I am doing them anyway!

Is this Santa or is this our Grandpa?!

Kooper and Kyler seem pretty relaxed on this santa's knee!
Brent and Randy dressed up like santa and delivered gifts for the coins for kids to families that needed help this year. It was an awesome experience...the kids and I went along and help like elfs. We got to see first hand the faces of the kids as Santa came through their door.

Skim Boards

Macy and Tyler helped the kids make skim boards this summer. It took them about 3 or 4 days to complete them and a lot of work!
This one was Myles creation with a little help from Macy.
Be careful what you paint!
McLane's board had little round faces all over one side...it took a while to get it painted.
A lot of the hard work was in the beginning just getting them cut out and sanded. Thanks Tyler for taking the time to do this with the kids! What a great guy! (the kids worship you)

Mike on Halloween

"Man! I feel like a Women!"
Mike got a kick out of dressing up like a women on Halloween for work. The staff at work couldn't believe it! I couldn't believe how good he looked...he was hot!

Halloween 2008

McLane the Hippie!
Sherrif Kyler
Kooper...so cute!

Myles was bound and determined to be a monkey...we ordered this gorilla mask and gloves off the internet. We had a lot of fun with it. I thought it was so fun and cute.

Madison and her friend Chelsey dressed up like indians. Chelsey's mom made the costumes.
"Girls just want to have fu-u-n!"

Tree Hunting 2008 Kyabab Forest

It was a miracle that we got so many of our family together hunting for Christmas trees this year. We thought mom and dad (g'ma & g'pa) were going to be in Mexico...but guess who pulled up at the last minute!!! It was very healing to get everyone together...especially Wendy and her kids and Becky. When tragedies happen it is your family you rely on most for love and support.

What a crowd!
